Touching Eternity explores the quiet connection between the living and the timeless.

A warm, delicate hand reaches into a world of pale classical figures, surrounded by sculpted hands, faces, and fragments that seem frozen in another age. The contrast between soft human skin and cool stone creates a moment that feels suspended between reality and memory—as though the present is reaching out to touch the past.

The deep red nails bring a striking spark of life into the muted composition, drawing the eye toward the point where two worlds almost meet. What was once carved from stone suddenly feels intimate, emotional, and human.

For Ana-Maria, the piece reflects the idea that art allows us to connect with people, emotions, and moments far beyond our own lifetime. Generations may pass, but something created with feeling can remain—and for a moment, we are able to reach out and touch it.
